Kwara NUJ holds 3rd Carol service, Friday

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Kwara State Council will on Friday, December 10th, 2021 hold her 3rd Annual Carol service.

The service which will hold at the Press Center opposite St Anthony Secondary School Offa road, Ilorin will start by 2pm.

The theme for this year’s service which is taken from the book of Matthew 1:21 is “Christ, Reason for the Season”.

Kwara State CAN Chairman and Bishop of Ilorin Catholic Diocese, Most Rev. Paul Adegboyega Olawoore is expected to chair the service while Pastor John Baiyeshea (SAN) will bring the Word.

Invited Choirs expected to minister at the service include the Kwara State NUJ choir, Awareness Singers, English Chapel, C&S Movement Church District Headquarters Ilorin, Unity Baptist Church Choir, CAC Moranugba choir, Biada Ilorin and a host of others.

Special guests of honor at the program are Kwara State CAN Secretary and Minister in charge of Unity Baptist Church, Ilorin, Rev Dr. Reuben Ibitoye; Hon. Commissioner for Communication, Hon. Bosede Olaitan Buraimoh, Hon. Commissioner for Youth Development, Mrs Adenike Harriet Afolabi Oshatimehin; and others.
