Alhaji Hakeem Oladimeji Lawal has again emerged as gubernatorial candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP) at the just concluded rerun governorship election.
You would recall that he won the first primary election with a wide margin but it was obtained that Oba Abdulraman popularly known as Oba Abu didn’t accept defeat and he wrote a petition to National Secretariat.
However, the rerun has been conducted and he lost to Hakeem Lawal again.
As at the time of writing this report, Hakeem has over 600 votes while Oba Abu has just 170 votes.
It is now officially that Hakeem Oladimeji Lawal would be contesting against Gov. AbdulRaman AbdulRazaq of APC and Shuaib Yaman Abdullahi of PDP.
