The Management and Editorial Board of Fresh Insight has announced the Local Organizing Committee for its sixth annual summit scheduled to hold on December 18th, 2021. The sixth edition of the summit was suspended in 2020 as a result of COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a statement by Fresh Insight Editor who doubles as Secretary and spokesperson to the LOC, Ibrahim Sheriff, the Chairman for the sixth edition of Fresh Insight summit is a Youth Advocate and Policy Communication Professional, Mr. Seun Awogbenle, who will be co-Chaired by a young legal luminary and social impact strategist, Ms. Titlope Anifowoshe.
Other members of the committee includes Comr. Ibrahim Sheriff (Secretary), Barr. Lanre Abdul
Echo Emmanuel, Comr. Adio Odunjo Friday and Rafiu Fasilat Olajumoke.
Others are Muhammed Abdullahi, Lawal Olohungbebe, Comr. Bolakale Saliu, Adebisi Oyelere,
Bamikole Oladele Babs and Sulaiman Yusuf.
While the LOC Chairman, Seun Awogbenle is a Kwara born communications professional who has contributed on several national dailies and also been featured on Channels TV, TV Continental TVC, Arise TV as a Policy Analyst and Social Commentator, where he shares balanced and informed perspective on policy issues and consistently demand from the government at all levels to deliver on the promises of prosperity and democratic dividends.
He is reputed as one of the young Nigerians, who enjoys such visibility in Nigeria and beyond. He is also a regular Analyst on many Radio stations in Nigeria. Awogbenle is a member of the Technical Working Group for the preparation of the Medium-Term National Development Plan (MTNDP) 2021-2025 and Nigeria Agenda 2050 which is the official development framework for Nigeria, which is expected to take effect following the expiration Economic Recovery and Growth Plan ERGP. He is the author of ‘The Urgency of Now; Why Nigeria Needs a Vision of Prosperity Protection and Liberty’.
The co-Chairperson, Titilope T. Anifowoshe is a Kwara born legal practitioner and social impact strategist passionate about charity and human rights. She is adept in research, NGO Management and policy strategy.
Anifowoshe served as the youngest Information Officer of the All Progressive Congress and Legal, Policy and Research Assistant to Nigeria’s Minister of State for Transportation. She is currently the Publicity Secretary of Young Progressive Party in Kwara State.
Anifowoshe was recognized as 1 of 100 most outstanding Nigerian Youths by Ooni of Ifè’s Royal African Leadership Award. She is the COO of Eagles Foundation for Humanity.
