The Kwara State Ministry of Social Development has hosted Kwara State University International Model United Nations on a courtesy visit to the ministry.
The purpose of their visit was to provide a lasting collaboration between the Ministry and the international Model United Nations on Social Development issues so as to provide more sustainability.
Receiving the team in her office, the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Mrs Rebecca Olanrewaju Bake welcomed them warmly and commended them for coming up with such a good initiative.
While stressing that the activities of group is in line with the Ministry’s core value, she said the Ministry is ready to collaborate with them through professional advice.
Speaking, the newly appointed Director Personnel Finance and Supply in the Ministry, Mrs Abosede Olawoyin appreciated the initiative and said the Ministry will try its best to collaborate with the group on Social Development.
