All is set for the public presentation of a book in honour of the outgoing Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Professor Sulyman Age Abdulkareem.
The book titled ‘Footprint of a Gaint’ is a documentary on the tenure and achievements of the erudite Professor.
The book which also displayed Prof. Abdulkareem’s exemplary leadership quality both in his career and in the administration of the University since he became the Institution’s Vice Chancellor was written by the Director of Corporate Affairs Unit, Mr. Kunle Akogun.
Prof. Abdulkareem has been an erudite scholar who has contributed in no small ways to the general development of the University.
The ceremony which is scheduled to hold on Friday, the 14th day of October, 2022 at the main auditorium of the Institution by 9:00am, will mark the official exit of Prof. Abdulkareem as the 10th VC of the University.
According to the institution’s Registrar, Dr. Fola M. Olowoleni, the Publisher and Editor in-Chief of Premium Times Newspaper, Mr. Dapo Olorunyomi will do the book review.
