The President and Founder, HIKWAN Ramatullahi Society of Nigeria, Imam Abdulhamid Eleshinla has called on parents to give their children and sound moral and Islamic education for them to become responsible citizens.
Imam Eleshinla gave the advice in Ilorin while speaking with newsmen on the preparation of the wedding ceremony of his children, Halimah Titilope and Taofeeqah Temitope.
The wedding will commence on Friday, December 26th, 2025 with evening lecture by Sheikh AbdulRazaq Ibn Jamiu Adama-Thanni at Eleshinla Compound, behind Ode Alausa Mosque, Alimi Road, Ilorin, beginning at 9:00pm.
The walimat and wedding proper would be held on Saturday, December 27th, 2025, with the walimat programme to be commenced at Ode Alausa Mosque, Alimi Road, Ilorin, beginning at 9:00am.
Former Grand Kadi of Kwara State Shariah Court of Appeal, Ilorin, Hon Justice S.O. Muhammad is expected to officiate the walimat ceremony.
The wedding reception programme for Taofeeqah Temitope and her husband, Habibullah Olayiwola would be held on Sunday, 28th December, 2025 at Al-Kareem Event Center, opposite Air Force Junction, Oloje/Ogidi Road, Ilorin. A lecturer at the University of Ilorin, Dr Hussein Arikewusola would deliver a lecture at the reception programme.
