The Dele Shittu Foundation says the Foundation will deepen its services to local communities through sustainable development and empowerment initiatives.
The Chairman of the Dele Shittu Foundation, Dr. Lanre Shittu, stated this on Thursday in Ajase-Ipo, Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara, while speaking during a meeting at the Palace of the Olupo of Ajase Ipo.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the meeting focused on identifying strategic avenues for the Foundation to deepen its service to local communities through sustainable development and empowerment initiatives.
Shittu explained that the meeting with the Kwara South traditional rulers is to strengthen community impact.
He expressed appreciation to the traditional leaders for their unwavering support of the Foundation’s mission.
“The Dele Shittu Foundation remains committed to its mission of unlocking potentials and fostering shared prosperity throughout Kwara,” he said.
In his response, the Olupo of Ajase Ipo, Oba Ismail Atoloye-Alebiosu, commended the Foundation for the selfless dedication to the people of Kwara South.
He praised the transparency and impact of the recently concluded food relief programme, noting that such initiatives are vital for the well-being of their subjects.
Other traditional rulers present also expressed gratitude, while also praying for the continuous growth and success of the Dele Shittu Foundation.
