The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has announced that its 2026/2027 Pre-Admission Screening exercise, popularly known as the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME), will hold from Thursday, August 13, to Saturday, August 15, 2026.
The announcement was contained in a press statement issued by the University’s Directorate of Corporate Affairs and signed by the Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Kunle Akogun.
According to the statement, the University’s Admissions Officer, Mr. AbdulKareem Kunle Sanni, advised candidates who have successfully completed their screening registration to begin printing their scheduled examination slips from Monday, August 10, 2026.
He explained that the examination slips would contain candidates’ specific test dates, times and other relevant details for the screening exercise.
The University also reminded all prospective candidates, including those seeking admission through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE), that the portal for screening registration will officially close on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
Candidates were urged to complete their registration before the deadline and print their examination slips as soon as they become available to confirm their scheduled examination dates and times.
The management further advised applicants to visit the University’s admission portal for all official information and updates regarding the screening exercise.
