Dawodu, who was delighted to partner with OMC said that she was impressed that a private entity can put up such a structure with topnotch facility to provide services not just to offa people but to all its environs.

She stressed that Clina Lancet Laboratories is an ultramodern technologically advanced and independent pathology laboratory that provides medical laboratory, consultative, and referral services, with the most extensive range of tests, including but not limited to routine, specialized and advanced tests for clinical, research, screening, industrial, environmental and occupational health.

Malik said further that instead of patients traveling so far to get some diagnosis that are not available at General Hospital in Offa, the facility is going to provide that option.

“Government cannot provide everything, this is a community service and we really appreciate OMC. We look forward for an interface with Kwara State Hospital Management Board to see how we can collaborate with other services we have in General Hospital, Offa.

“This is a challenge to all, we should start looking to something like this and find a way where other clubs can partner with government to have something similar”, he said

The Chief Medical Director (CMD), General Hospital, Offa, Abdulsalam Olabisi appreciated the OMC for putting in place the facility which he said will showcase the Offa community to the world.

He, then, congratulated members of OMC and the entire Offa community for the laudable project, even as he assured Clina-Lancet Laboratories of his total support.
