The gubernatorial candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Kwara State, Barrister Issa Manzuma has promised that if elected as governor in the forthcoming general election, he would assembled brilliant and experienced professionals who will combine effort to rapidly transform the entire kwara State.
He said, Kwarans who understands how governance works for sustainable development and wellbeing of the people would be engaged to provide selfless service for total transformation of the state.
The ADC governorship candidate, while speaking with Journalists on his ambition today in Ilorin, said his decision to contest the governorship seat was borne out of desire to rescue the state from under development and ensure quality transformation in all sectors of its economy, within a short period of time.
“Being a lawyer, I am a social engineer.so I would use my professional calling to identify and recruit quality minds who have the required capacity and zeal to bring about the desired positive change for meaningful development of the state, ” Manzuma stated with high sense of assurance.
The governorship candidate enjoined Kwara’s electorates to cast their votes for him, promising that he would not disappoint their trust if he becomes the next governor of the state.
He said “a vote for ADC, is truly a vote for transformation, development and prosperity. I assure the people that ADC is the only political party that honestly care about the good people of kwara State and Nigeria.”
